In the collection OTTEN beside textile works from South America, Africa, Asia... there are also around 400 works of international artists. The focus is on abstract painting from the russian avantgarde, contructivism and concrete art as well the minimalism.
With the actual exhibition „Border Crosser“ (Grenzgänger 1. 9. - 1. 12. 2016) the OTTENKUNSTRAUM opens ist doors for an „art-related neighbourly glance“ on the abstract art scenery of Liechtenstein.
The installation „peacearthotel 1“ of Ruth Gschwendter-Wölfle will be specially opened on Monday, the 24th of October 2016. The artist invites in the frame of her traditional „jour fix invitations“ – formerly in her studio, now „outside“, wherever a peacearthotel takes place.
